We sell our beef as mixed boxes of two different sizes with a selection of cuts.

12kg box £100 (£3.78/lb) typically takes up the space of 5 loaves of bread in the freezer

A standard 12kg box usually contains:
3 or 4 joints
Beef Rib or Rib Chine (on-the-bone or boned and rolled)
Topside and/or Silverside
Rolled Brisket/Thick Flank/Thin Rib/Thick Rib
Rump Steaks (2 x 300-350g)
Sirloin Steaks (2 x 300-350g)
Diced Casserole Steak (1kg)
Braising Steak (1kg)
Prime Mince (1kg)


5kg box £50 (£4.53/lb) typically takes up the space of 2 loaves of bread in the freezer

A standard 5kg box usually contains:
2 joints
Rib Chine (boned and rolled)
Topside/Silverside/Rolled Brisket/Thick Flank
Rump Steaks (2 x 300-350g) or Sirloin Steaks (2 x 300-350g)
Prime Mince (1kg)

Please be aware the exact contents may vary depending on the size and conformation of each individual animal.

Fillet is supplied separately either whole, in half or vacuum packed as individual steaks (£27.50/kg). If you are interested in ordering fillet please contact us. Bones can be supplied free of charge and offal is available upon request, please call to discuss.

We can deliver locally for free (within a 5 mile radius).

We can deliver throughout the UK via next day delivery in specially insulated and chilled boxes for an additional charge of £10.00 + vat.
