Lemon and Parsley Butter
110g butter
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
a few drips of lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Cream the butter and add in the parsley and few drops of lemon juice.

Garlice Butter
As above but add 3-5 crushed garlic cloves to the parsley butter.
